This website is operated by Fear to Focus LLC, owned by Dr. Michelle Hutchings. Our Services include 1:1 coaching programs, educational content, and access to the Unlock Impact Skool community. Our mission is to provide mindset and professional coaching to help individuals increase clarity, confidence, and alignment in their careers and lives.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching provided through Fear to Focus is intended for personal and professional development. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

- Coaching sessions and resources are designed to support growth, reflection, and action planning.

- You are solely responsible for your decisions, results, and actions that arise from coaching.

- If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please seek support from a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Our twelve week 1:1 coaching program includes 2 private 45-minute sessions per month.

- Payment may be made in full or in three monthly installments, as outlined at purchase.

- Refunds can be requested within 30-days of purchase for a pro-rated amount of all remaining sessions.

- You are responsible for completing scheduled sessions within the agreed timeframe. Missed or canceled sessions may not be rescheduled without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, videos, workbooks, coaching materials, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of Fear to Focus LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission. Materials shared within coaching or the Unlock Impact community are for personal use only and may not be sold, republished, or shared publicly.

5. Community Guidelines

By joining the Unlock Impact community or participating in any group forum, you agree to:
